Step 4: Request Email has to be dropped at firstname.lastname@example.org Address
Step 5: You will be asked to visit UIDAI regional office with original valid documents
Step 6: Regional officer will ask you some questions related to the particular reason
Step 7: After compilation of investigation regional office will process your request
