1. Link Voter ID with Aadhar via NVSP Portal.
2. Link Aadhar to Voter ID Card by the Voter Helpline Mobile Application.
3. Link Aadhar to Voter ID Card by SMS.
4. Link Voter ID with Aadhar offline by visiting the office of the Booth Level Officer.

Link Voter ID With Aadhar via NVSP Portal

It is an online method to Link Voter ID with an Aadhar Card. Follow these steps to link your Voter ID with an Aadhar Card:

• Visit NVSP Portal at https://www.nvsp.in/.
• Log in to the NVSP Portal. If you have not registered or used this portal before, then register on NVSP with your full name, email ID, and a new password.

• After logging on to the NVSP portal, click on “Forms.”

• The next page will open as the following picture:

• Here, you have to click on “Form 6.”

• In this form, you have to enter your Aadhaar details correctly.

• After that, click the “Preview” button and carefully check all the details you entered.
• Now click the “Submit” button to Link Aadhar to Voter ID Card.
• After the final submission of the application, a message will pop up.

Link Aadhar to Voter ID  through Voter Helpline Mobile Application

Following are the steps to Link Aadhar with Voter ID Card through the Voter Helpline Mobile App:

• First, download the Voter Helpline Mobile App from the App Store or Play Store.
• After installing the app, open the Voter Helpline Mobile app.
• Enter your mobile number and password with OTP, and log in to your account (If you haven’t registered on www.nvsp.in, first register).
• Click on the “Let’s Start” button.
• Now click on the “Explore” button and then Click on Electoral Authentication Form (Form 6B).

• If you have a Voter ID Card, Select “Yes.” If You don’t have a Voter ID, select “No.” It will take you to a new page to search EPIC/Voter ID with your personal info.)
• Enter your “Voter ID Number” on the next page, select Your state, and then fetch details.
• Click on the “Proceed” button.
• It will display your personal information on the next page. Now, click on the “Next” button.

• Enter Your Aadhaar Number, Phone Number, Email ID and Place.
• After that, hit the “Done” button.
• Click on the “Confirm” button to finish this process.

Note: In this way, you can link Aadhaar with your Voter ID card through your smartphone’s Voter Helpline App. 

Link Aadhar to Voter ID Card by SMS in 2024

You can also send an SMS to link your Aadhar with a Voter ID Card. Follow these steps to do so:

1. Open messaging App on your Smartphone.
2. Type ECILINK<EPIC/Voter ID Number> <Aadhaar Number>.
3. Send this message to 166 or 51969 with your registered mobile number.

Example: ECILINK XYZ1234567 543215678232. In this format, “XYZ1234567” is the EPIC No and “543215678232” is the Aadhaar number.

Link Voter ID With Aadhar Card Offline: Visit the Office of Booth Level Officer

A citizen can also Link Aadhar to Voter ID Card by submitting an application to the Booth Level Officer (BLO) of the particular area:

• Visit the BLO Office in your area.
• Ask for Aadhaar and Voter ID Link Application Form
• Fill in all the required information and Submit it to BLO.
• BLO will process your application and Link Voter ID with Aadhar.
