Step 2: Here, you must fill in basic details like name, state, district, etc.

You can submit your application to a distributor through the listed steps:

Step 1: Download the LPG Aadhar Linking application form from the website of the LPG service provider (Bharat Gas, HP Gas, Indane, etc.).

Step 2: Print the form and fill it in with the necessary details.

Step 3: Submit the form to the nearest LPG distributor’s office.

LPG Aadhaar Link through Phone Call 

You can link the Aadhaar card to your LPG gas connection using your phone. You must find the phone number of your LPG provider’s automated system, IVRS. SMS 1 – To Register a Mobile number with the Gas Distributor:

Step 1- Send SMS to the customer service provider’s number of your LPG connection

Step 2- You should send the SMS in the proper format—type IOC <space> Consumer Number. 

For example, if your consumer number is 0827144336QM0061A, you need to send your SMS in the following manner: IOC 0827144336QM0061A.  

This mobile registration is the simplest, one-time process that will be completed once you send the SMS to the specific customer service number. 

SMS 2 – To Link Aadhaar and LPG: 

1. Type SMS in this format – UID <space>Aadhaar Number
2. Now send this SMS to your LPG Provider’sProvider’s Consumer Number.

Example: Let’s assume your Aadhaar number is 12345678901, then type SMS as given below:

As soon as you send this SMS, the concerned agents will process your request. Once verification is complete, you will receive a notification regarding the LPG Aadhar Link on your mobile.
